What are expectations?! Why do they often lead to frustration? How can we minimize the frustration and make expectations work for us?
The formula expectation - observation = frustration tells us that AWARENESS is key! Unless we're aware of what is currently going on and what we have to work with we might be making expectations that will only serve to stress us out!
