Hello friends!
Today's episode is inspired by my earlier Instagram post which I linked below. I've been thinking about showing up and starting over and beginning again and what that takes.
It takes courage and a reason strong enough to keep you going along with the belief that what you do can make a difference.
You're probably not going to have one big aha moment where you feel a sweeping change, that's not how things happen. There will be a point where you look back and realize how far you've come... but in order for that to happen you have to recognize the effort you're putting in and show up consistently recognizing and celebrating your wins both big and small.
Remember this is a marathon. We're in this for the long haul so just keep showing up and remember to take into account what is needed now. It will look different each day.
