Thoughts for this episode came to me over a pile of chocolate crumbs, the end result of this was a delicious dessert and this episode.
Today we're talking about how often we live on purpose. How often we plan our day and take action to prioritize the things that are important. If we're just throw it all out there and see what happens it is likely not going to be what we had in mind. On the other hand if we live with intention and do things on purpose we have a much greater chance of heading in a direction that we want.
Living on purpose requires awareness and presence. If we're living in our heads and spending our energy and time on the things that have already happened or using our incredible imaginations to worry about all the shit that might go wrong we're missing the chance to live on purpose right now!!
