Hello!
Today we're talking about this saying I've seen floating around "Create a life you don't want to escape from" I heard someone call bullshit on this and it made me think a little bit more about what this means to me.
This is absolutely my goal, to create a life that I enjoy living. That doesn't mean I'm going to love it all the time or not feel all the human feels which includes the whole spectrum and part of that feels real shitty...
What this means to me is that I am doing the work I have to do now to shape the life I want to be living and part of that is learning to prioritize myself and the things that light me up and bring me joy.
I get into my thoughts about being intentional in the words we choose and how we have to train our brain to focus where we want it to be ... and part of that includes the words we choose to use.
