Today's episode is inspired by some current events in my life. So many times we create stress by resisting what is, what has already happened that we don't like.
We create ideas about the way something should be and have expectations based in this idea, then when we don’t experience the outcome that we had planned we resist and spend our energy fighting against this thing that already happened…. So we’re fighting the past.
Whether we are feeling a way that we don’t want to feel, or had an experience that didn’t sit right with us one thing is true… what we resist persists…
When a person is dealing with their own anxieties, fears and desires… how much energy is left to deal with what is actually happening?
