In this episode we're talking about movement, it's the most basic form of self-expression and how we navigate the world, our bodies are meant to move and yet we do so little of it.
Movement is how we express ourselves, how we find courage, how we complete the stress cycle, how we bond with others and yet the majority of adults around the world but especially here in the states move as little as possible.
Your body is the greatest tool you have to navigate the world both inside of you and out and yet, we're taught that the most important aspect of our bodies is what they look like. This doesn't make any sense once you understand a little bit about how we function as humans.
The fact that we are able to walk and talk at the same time is truly incredible if you look at the countless processes happening inside you to make that happen.
