This episode was inspired by a conversation that highlighted some points I would like to share here with you.
Today we're getting into movement and exercise and how what metrics we measure how worth it movement was.
Is it worth it if you feel better?
Is it worth it if it's super intense, go big, go hard, all or nothing?
This will depend on the day, who you are, how you're feeling, what your goals are.
There are so many reasons for movement and exercise. There are different tools for different goals and as my focus here is stressing less and living more I am concerned with the benefits to shift brain function, mental health, and self-image.
So, with that focus everything counts, something is 100 percent more than nothing always and that happy hormone and neurochemical soup that gives us the feel goods and brain support starts happening with any movement that causes our muscles to contract... which my friend is any and all.
Get in there and give it a listen for more!
