Do you live in a part of the world where it snows? If it does snow... do they ever shut school down because of the snow?

Biddy and Bruin have heard from Douglas that there's a snow storm coming in over night. Biddy really wants school to be canceled. And so, she comes up with a plan to help the storm produce more snow. Because, the more it snows... the better chance that they will "shut 'er down!"
