Our daughters may be young, but they're a huge reason why we have the opportunity - and ability - to speak our wisdom to the next generation of women.

 

They're the reason we started this company in the first place; we wanted to help girls support each other and step into their greatness while celebrating the uniqueness of those around them.

 

And it turns out that when you start something like this, your kids end up teaching you a thing or two about yourself.

 

We're SO excited to talk today about the life lessons that have been reinstated to us by our daughters, and how these things have changed us for the better as individuals, leaders and as people who want to make a positive impact on the world.
