BBS 127 Let The Moon Remind You

It's no secret... this is a very special time of year. But of all the emotions that come over us... hope is the strongest emotion of all. Both kids and grown ups have hopes. They might be different hopes, but hope is the strongest most genuine emotion we likely all feel during these last days of the year. For kids, hope is wrapped in a great deal of mystery. But when a child looks beyond the hope that might be wrapped in paper... she or he might feel hope for a family... hope for a friend... or hope for themselves.  Tonight's story will tell all youngsters to keep alive the hopes they have for themselves. Tonight's story will tell all youngsters to let the moon remind them of these hopes. The moon shines brightest when it's surrounded by darkness. And, that's how we have to live.... shine bright even in the darkness. As we grow older... look to the moon to remind ourselves that we are never too old to dream, never too old shine, and never too old to have hope for a brighter future.
