Unlike my last two guests I had not read a lot of her work prior to meeting, nor had we had the same extended email discussions. In fact my primary intent ahead of meeting her was to give her a piece of my mind about the re-scheduling of the BCM World Conference after I had booked my flights and accommodation. When we finally got to meet and talk it was very positive and we had some long and interesting conversations.
