This week, we focus on the topic of Performance Management Cycle. This goes hand in hand with our previous episode where we talked about toxic leadership traits. The Performance Management focuses on how leaders approach their team when it comes time to either reprimand or encourage the team members. This includes discussing promotion possibilities, how to help a team member work more efficiently, or letting someone know they are not improving and need to be put on a performance plan. Including real world examples of slapping tables for jobs, and having bunnies in the murder zone.
