The Brigham City Council approved a zoning change to allow for future townhome development on a 4.5-acre parcel at 1255 N. Main Street. The council unanimously voted to rezone the property from A-1 (agricultural) to R-M-7 (multiple residential), aligning the site with Brigham City’s general plan and nearby medium-density neighborhoods.
