For years, BC has been a haven for money laundering with about $7 billion worth of dirty money washed through our province last year alone. BC Supreme Court Justice Austin Cullen will preside over the inquiry, and John Horgan says there will be no restrictions on how far Cullen can go back, including examining the role of the NDP government in the late 90s.
