Brigham City officials formally swore in SWAT paramedic Scott Best during the Feb. 6 City Council meeting, recognizing his completion of law enforcement training and his new role in the city’s emergency response team. The dual certification makes Best a crucial addition to the city’s SWAT team, providing advanced medical assistance in high-risk situations.
