He chronicled his teams 2017 city championship in his book Pounding the Rock: Basketball Dreams and Real Life in a Bronx HS. Under the direction of Coach Skelton, Fannie Lou Hamer has won 3 NYC PSAL Class B Championships and 1 NYS Federation Cup Championship.
