Mark gives an insight into the quality of workmanship demanded by Passivhaus, and perhaps some indication of where the volume housebuilders are being left behind. He also talks about the application of Passivhaus as part of the 'Enerphit' programme which has been developed to apply the high Passivhaus standards to retrofit existing buildings.
