This is a particularly compelling episode for two reasons;

1. I have experienced (and continue to experience) racism and xenophobia at the college where I work part-time as an instructor in Pennsylvania. This bothered me much more than I realized because it's all new to me as I'm Jamaican by birth. And so I had to talk about it - to get it out of my system. There is another episode  that shares a lot more about this repulsive act/mindset and I hope you'll listen to it. 

I don't know who you are or what your philosophy is but I want to urge you to not perpetrate these ugly mindsets and behaviors. In keeping with today's topic: Be A Genuinely Nice And Kind Person - to everyone!

2. Life is about choices, and we should always choose the high road/what is right. I'm pleased to share some of the ways you can do just that in this episode. We should never allow ugly and evil to get the better of us - ever.
