What does it mean to be “a goaler?” Do you want to achieve something specific in 2023? Set some goals! Be a goaler!

We need to set goals for our personal life, as well as for our business. How do we set a goal? Think about making it something you can track and measure. Make sure it is something you can achieve in a reasonable amount of time. Goals are important to help us move forward and will add value to our lives, our communities, and our world.

Have a theme for your year as well. A theme will help you develop a foundation for goal setting. My theme for 2023 is “Seek wisdom. Serve others. Achieve Excellence. Do so with Relentless effort and a Positive mindset.” Develop a theme that works for you, which will then help you set some goals.
