One of the most important things you can do as an agent, and in life in general, is to be PROactive. Yes, it's hard to know how to be proactive without the experience to help you anticipate what's ahead. As agents and brokers, we must do our due diligence in preparing for what's ahead and to navigate hiccups along the way. If you don't know the answers, ASK QUESTIONS. It may FEEL dumb to ask questions, but it can LOOK a lot dumber to act on something you don't know.
