I have never seen a celebrity do this at an event, but how incredible to share the stage with so many incredible powerhouses who are MAKING A DIFFERENCE. She calls them by name and discusses what they are doing for inclusivity, diversity, LGBTQIA, race, gender and more. Lizzo was amazingly selfless and became the people’s champ even more by supporting these women. I know during the current climate it is hard to have opinions without judgement and ridicule but we have to stand up and be the catalyst of change. If Lizzo can be the change, so can we.
