Anonymous friend opens up about his childhood and his experiences in a religious cult. He talks about how his experiences in the religious organization led hid to feeling depressed and abusing alcohol and pills. He also discusses his estranged relationship with his father, heartache, suicide, and therapy. He talks about why men typically do not seek counseling, and how therapy can lead to healing.
