I really loved this open hearted conversation with my friend Marwin Lee.  We talked about life experiences and some of the lessons and perspective gained from those experiences. He shared so openly about love and loss. Marwin is such an awesome example of the lesson he teaches to his football players, "Get knocked down but ya get back up again!" He's an incredible father, coach,  high school counselor, and just a super cool human being with the best laugh ever. I hope you enjoy.
