Feeling safe to be vulnerable and authentic can be challenging... and it starts with you!
Often we are our own worst critics. Seeing and picking apart all the things we see as not good enough, too much, inadequate, or wrong.
That is not a space of safety - quite the opposite.
To truly love yourself, you've got to be able to trust that you've got your own back, that you are your own cheerleader, and that you are able to be your true self.
But how the heck do you do this? And why should you do it?
Being a safe space for yourself is surprisingly simple (just 2 steps) and I promise you - it will positively impact every single part of your life!
