Be a Tibetan Monk, In Your Own Home

As Gregg Braden says in his video, you don’t have to go to Tibet to be monk-like! Right now, in your own home, you can be like a Tibetan monk, by using your breath and gratitude, to accomplish, on demand:


  • Self-healing
  • Improve immune function (SIGA response, white blood cells in your mouth)
  • Improve awareness, intuition, and fast information retrieval
  • Regulation of body temperature and production of anti-aging hormones


The simple practice below causes coherence and sends different, calming and healing chemistry to your brain.


  1. Gently touch heart to bring awareness to your heart.
  2. Do slow breathing, 5 seconds inhale, 5 seconds exhale (when we feel safe, we automatically breathe slower).
  3. Feel as though the breath is coming from the heart.
  4. Feel any one of the feelings that create 0.1 Hz: appreciation, gratitude, care, compassion.
  5. It takes 72 hours to build the connections so keep it up!
