What is it?

  1. The only thing that can destroy steel is it’s own rust. We destroy ourselves with the thoughts in our mind and sticking to our own way.
  2. Listen to wisdom and be at ease, don’t think things will be easy. Don’t wish it was easier, wish you were better.

    3. Where has it shown up in my life?

    1. At ease about a process that will produce a result, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Podcasting, Selling insurance, Coaching People, Working out etc.
    2. When I spiral down the Rabbit Hole. When I tell myself I can’t pursue my dreams right now, or that I’m not pursuing my dreams right now.

      3. Where do I want it to show up in my life?

      1. If you only ever thought about what you wanted, then that’s what you’d have.

        2. How can you apply it to your life?

        1. Be at ease with the process and doing hard things
