Thomas Sobieski has been a mainstay in the restaurant industry for decades. Tom has served tables, managed dining rooms and greeted guests for years in the NEPA dining scene. Better known as Tommy, Sobieski has made his biggest impacts mixing spirits and
making guests laugh and feel comfortable. The beverage manager at many local-area restaurants, Tommy has found his home at The Beaumont Inn as General Manager and the Wine Semmolier.
Attending the prestigious Wine School of Philadelphia, Tommy has found his niche. Sobieski will join a select club of certified Sommoliers' in the Northeaster Region of Pennsylvania.
Tom's latest venture? He's taking his talents to the World Wide Web. His new wine site called, The Wine Buddhist, is now under construction.
