As believers, we're on the side of a winning King. Of that, there is no doubt. But that doesn't mean that there isn't still an enemy to deal with, and the Bible is clear that we are called to fight. Esther and the Jews had to fight in order to protect what was theirs, and as followers of Jesus, we're called as well to fight a defeated foe who is ticked that he lost at the cross. But how do we fight? We fight courageously, unselfishly and with humility, and we fight from victory, not for it.
