Deuteronomy 8:10-18

It is all too easy for us to look at material comfort or success and congratulate ourselves for "not needing a hand-out" or "putting in the work". In God's word, Moses gives us a blunt reminder that nothing good in our lives happens without God and we owe all thanks therefore. The gifts we are given were never ours, and therefore let us be generous with them!
