Today is my birthday. And as such, it's been a time of introspection in deciding what to do to get to the next level and overcome some of my major challenges. 

Which includes getting new information and support from others. Advice even. 

Look, I get it. We like to help each other. We share ideas and advice freely and sometimes we absolutely should not be accepting of someone's advice. 

And I share a funny example of how this plays out and how to avoid bad advice.
