"whats better for fat loss weights or cardio"
this private chat had 10.4k people in and he had 133 responses with so many different answers not many of them mentioned nutrition by the way! 🙄
If I was new to the game I would have ended up being confused and not a clue where to get started.
Think of it like this, when your dog gets fat, you don't sit there talking with your mrs deciding weather to do cardio or weights to help your dog lose weight.
You start taking your dog for more walks and stop giving it so much food/treats.
MOVE MORE + EAT LESS and guess what folks, the same rule applies to us.
Exercise method doesn't really matter.
