In this episode, I recount an experience my student had at his work in a DE&I alignment meeting. Though I support DE&I being integrated into the workplace, I also believe that we need to be careful to implement policies appropriately, create environments conducive for respect and productivity, and be cautious of how personal ideologies govern our actions.
