Being Clear about what You want and Need from Others! You must establish this for yourself and those you have a relationship with other wise your Spirit will be off and Stressed Out! Do Not Keep this to Yourself No matter how someone May receive it! I’ve been stressed not sharing my truth with a person I care about I’ve grown to appreciate this person but I’m feeling like I don’t know how to talk about my truth because it seems the other party doesn’t like to hear my truth because it affects his access to me and our connection. I tell my kids to be clear and communicate sometimes I have a hard time doing this because of the fear it will hurt the other parties feelings. This episode was cut short because my son interrupted my thoughts he needed help with school. To be continued for now be clear and concise and communicate YOUR TRUTH to whom ever you need to! Know your truth and Speak it Don’t hold it Otherwise You Like me will be overwhelmed by it.
