Sarah Black-Smith is the General Manager of Motion Control at Siemens Digital Industries, having been with the company since graduating with a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from Loughborough University in 2004. She is further an industrial Advisory Board Member at Cranfield University and won the 2022 Excellence in Achievement Award for Recent Manufacturing and Materials Graduates from the university.
