When I decided to dig a little deeper, I realized that there were actually really good reasons as to why I felt this way. We could all stand to be a bit more curious about ourselves. Especially when it comes to questions like: "Why do my workouts feel so HARD lately?" "Why am I so unmotivated?" Why am I not getting any stronger?" "Why am I always tired?" etc. etc.
