The time is past to just encourage and sit on the side and watch! 

It is high time to take what you have learned and apply it. 

Stop talking and looking at and listening to people who are complaining and blaming you for their circumstances. 

As a leader you need to take the necessary action to “part the sea" and let the people pass through on “dry ground”.
