In this final portion of 1 Thessalonians 5, Paul gives his readers and us an admonition that is vitally important to the born-again believer and the church family. Couched in the form of a beautiful prayer, Paul prays for the sanctification of the born-again believers while looking forward to the Lord's Second Coming.
