This week I asked people if they were happy in their lives, I asked them to be honest about it. The 2023 Gallup survey found that only 50% of American adults say they are "very satisfied" with how thier lives are going.Global Happiness study showed that among 28 countries surveyed happiness is most prevalent in Australia and Canada followed by China and Britain and France.
