Sometimes it may seem easier or more convenient to say ‘I don’t know’.

To say ‘I don’t know’ can seem the simpler option, rather than admitting the truth and turning your world upside down, leaving careers, ending relationships, or disappointing people. But there is a place inside of you that knows the truth.

Slow down, get quiet and listen for those whispers.

You don’t need to take action or make changes right now, just start by being honest with yourself.

You owe it to yourself to be honest and show yourself integrity.

In this very moment, just pause and take a breath, as you listen to the truth.
