Hey Empowered Parents!  This episode is based on the amazing book called The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz!

I only recently came upon this book, and because I found it so powerful and relevant for both TEENS an PARENTS (and, well, everyone really!), I now incorporate into my Teen Life Coaching as a tool to booster their self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-belief.  All of which leads to something so many parents want for their kiddos:  self-confidence.

A worthwhile read for sure.
