Thank you for listening!  Just Chris in this episode and we just want to stress the importance to please be a better f-ing human people!  Do something nice today for somebody, anybody!  Hold a door or pay for a coffee or pay someone a compliment!  Life is too short to be an angry asshole the whole time!  
Also cherish the good moments you get!  Especially with your kids because before you know it they will be grown and out of the house and then those moments are so much further in between!   Tell them you love them!
