Continuing the BE LIKE WATER SERIES - in this episode I talk about the new, freeing attitude I've adopted in my "middle age."

Recently, I saw this post on the internet about how women become invisible in middle age.  How can we use that to our advantage?  How can this be a freeing right of passage, instead of a sad one?   I also read a one of poem from my book- BE LIKE WATER.
