After something that happened to me today; I needed to do some reflection and remind myself that I CAN be assertive and I CAN say no when it doesn’t suit me! Can you relate?!

Through my challenges and triumphs in life, including a battle with brain cancer, others have encouraged me to write a book. In addition, I decided to record and publish a Podcast! I want to bring you, not only my own story and how I found that I can make it through some of the toughest times with grace gratitude and perseverance but also share other people’s stories and how they’ve conquered the same in their own lives!!
