Equity is important in a good society. We can all afford to be more equitable towards one another and especially now. In this episode I learn from a mistake I made in Episode 9: White Privilege and Preventative Maintenance and it is a great lesson in my own white privilege. I hope this episode opens up a discussion about the importance of equitable practices.
