James Santana has devoted most of his life to serving others. He is a University of California graduate. He currently is the membership outreach co-chair for the Human Rights Campaign Los Angeles and Commissioner of Culture and Recreation for the city of Montebello California. James is looking forward to working with people to focus on communication, clarity, and connection.
