It can be a frightening concept that you are solely responsible for all of your reactions. But ultimately this is the truth and if you can gain control over how you react to different things that you can steer your life in the way you choose, you have the ultimate control. It means you can find positivity and solutions when you come up against a problem and lead you to have control over many situations too.
