I’m referring to the training you do with your individual team members one-on-one. WHAT?! You say you don’t train?! THAT has got to stop!
Training is an essential component of the leader’s toolbox, and thinking you are too busy is a lame excuse. You are a leader. You are supposed to be busy.
In this podcast I clearly explain how invaluable one-on-one training that you provide directly to each team member is to their growth and development as well as to your success.
As a matter of fact, I'll be if you allow yourself to be open to ideas, you will even find training your team to be enjoyable!
You might be in a management and leadership position, but that doesn’t mean there is no more growth and development necessary for you either.
