#002- "Life comes at you fast"--a saying that's just as applicable to the good, as it is, the bad. Equally applicable; Not equally enjoyable. A fast and unexpected "Surprise!" often accompanies feelings of euphoria in the setting of a party, a winning lottery ticket, or good gifts. In the setting of a setback...well "surprise" just feels like life is being plain ole rude. Or perhaps just plain ole consistent. 

In this episode,  we discuss how setbacks may be unexpected, but our response need not be. The key is preparation. Yeah I know, preparing for surprises just sounds wrong & conflicting. In my Alanis Morrissette voice: "Isn't it ironic? Don't you think?" (Remix) "a little too oxymoronic" haha. And more seriously, in my Scar voice (Mufasa's brother), "Be prepareeeedddd!" And scene.
