I am getting real on what hit me turning 30 and let me tell you its a vulnerable one. My issues with drinking, noticing I don't have my sh** together and being in a different mindset. This episode if for my fellow 30 yr olds who may also be struggling with the reality of things and just navigating life. We aren't perfect but we can push through this together. 🩷

In this weeks episode, I delve deep into the knowing of who I am becoming. Noticing that not everyone is going to be ready to receive the healed version of me. I am in a bittersweet period where I am realizing god removed me from home for a purpose. I am becoming okay with being different, especially from those I love.
