MEET Frances, this weeks guest! A musician that has truly done it in her own way, bravely deciding to take a break from being an artist a few years ago, whilst being in the limelight at the start of her career to instead create hits for others like Katy Perry, Due Lipa and Meghan Trainor. We chatted bout the process, alongside her return to releasing own solo music plus how you have a healthy balance of work, home life and good mental health.
